The Chairman of Oyo APC has passed away in the US.

The All Progressives Congress (APC) Chairman in Oyo State, Ajiboye Omodewu, has passed away. He reportedly died after nearly a year of receiving treatment for an undisclosed illness in the United States, where he was a citizen.

 He was from Otu in Itesiwaju local government and was the chairman of the main opposition party in the state.

Additionally, he was a former Commissioner in the administration of the late former Governor Abiola Ajimobi.

He recently completed his law degree and law school.

The APC Publicity Secretary in Oyo State, Olawale Sadare, has confirmed the death of the party’s chairman.
