THE GOSPEL SINGER ADUKE GOLD HAS PASSED AWAY.

Gospel singer Ajayi Aduke Morounkola, known as Aduke Gold, has passed away.

This sad news was confirmed on Tuesday morning by her colleague Esther Igbekele, who wrote, “A GENERAL HAS FALLEN. ADUKE GOLD #rip”.

Aduke Gold began her professional music career in 2004 and rose to fame with her live performance at the first remembrance of the late gospel artiste, Baba Ara.

She was the 11th child of her late parents and grew up in Lagos’s Ogba and Badagry areas.
