Dr Oluremi Nurudeen Olaleye on Monday, was appointed by Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu ,as the new head of the Lagos State Polytechnic (LASPOTECH) .
The appointment was made known in a statement from the Special Adviser to the Governor on Education and signed by Omolase Yejide, Head Public Affairs
Mr. Olaleye’s appointment followed an interview by the Institution’s Governing Council and was subsequently recommended.
He is to serve five years single term which takes effect from 1st December, 2020 at the expiration of the tenure of the Acting Rector, Mr. Olumide Olusola Metilelu.
Olaleye prior to his appointment was Chief Lecturer at the Polytechnic.
