PDP appoints Saraki, Mulikat, four others as national reconciliation committee

The Peoples Democratic Party has named former Senate President, Bukola Saraki, as chairman likewise former House Minority Leader, Mulikat Akande from Oyo state and four others in its six-member National Reconciliation Committee.

This was contained in a tweet on the official Twitter handle of the PDP by the National Publicity Secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, late on Monday.

The National chairman of PDP Uche Secondus ably represented at the meeting by the DNC-North, Sen. Suleiman Nazif with members of NWC .

The party’s National Working Committee on Monday also inaugurated a new state executive committee for the Ebonyi State chapter of the party.

Other members of the committee are Former Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Senator Pius Ayim; former Governors Liyel Imoke (Cross River), Ibrahim Dankwambo (Gombe), and Ibrahim Shema (Katsina); as well as former House Minority Leader, Mulikat Akande.
