Honorable member representing Iseyin, Itesiwaju, Kajola, and Iwajowa Federal constituency,Hon. Shina peller received Jet Age Nation Builders Award as “Distinguished Personality” of the year in Ethiopia, Addis-Ababa.
The awardees honored Peller for his role in representing the Nigerian youths at the political stage.
Peller addressed the subject of the future of Africans, speaking on the topic “What Can Young Africans do to Advance the Continent?”
In his speech at the JET AGE Nation Builders Award,Hon. Shina Peller encourage youths to take the challenge to lead with all their 21st century skills, knowledge and exposure.
He furthered admonished, Youth to accept the challenge of leadership by taking not just voting part, but also try to encourage themselves of been voted for.
He stated: “I acknowledged that youth have limited or no resources to compete with the political gladiators holding elective positions, yet we should find constructive ways to intellectually engage the governments while strategically finding ways to take over power with progressive plans. Not until we acknowledge our limits yet ignore it with proactive and productive plans we might become a wasted generation. YouthRise, WeMove and WeStand. ” he concluded.
