Barcelona will play in the 2020/21 home jersey when they face local rivals Espanyol.

Quique Setien’s side faces Espanyol at Camp Nou on either Tuesday, July 7 or Wednesday, July 8.

The Blaugrana’s plan still requires the approval of the Professional Football League (LFP) but it is not considered to cause any problem.

Barcelona also hopes to wear next season’s shirt when they take on Napoli in the Champions League, scheduled for August 8, although the Catalan club still doesn’t know whether UEFA will be fine with the idea.

According to Sport, the new shirt will go on sale on Friday, July 3.

The away shirt will be black and will go on sale the week after the home jersey.
