Senator John James Akpanudoedehe has resigned as Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) Caretaker Extraordinary Convention Planning Committee (CECPC).

During a normal meeting of the Caretaker Committee at the party Secretariat in Abuja, the beleaguered Secretary handed his resignation letter to Governor Abubakar Sani Bello, the Acting Chairman.
