GWR: Hilda Baci declares, “I remain a record holder in spirit and history.”

After the organization said that Irish chef Alan Fisher had taken the lead in the longest cooking marathon record, Nigerian chef Hilda Baci claims she still holds the record.
Remember that on Tuesday, the body revealed that Fisher had “cooked for an incredible 119 hours and 57 minutes at his restaurant in Japan” in a post on X.
Hilda Baci removed the phrase “Guinness World Record Holder” from her social media bio after the GWR declared Fisher the record holder, prompting some internet users to express doubts.
She made the same changes to her bio that her predecessor, Indian chef Lata, did when she broke the record earlier this year, according to a post she made on X.
“I’ve changed mine too, just as Chef Lata politely acknowledged the new record holder by updating her bio and then fine-tuning the wording, “I can attest that setting such a record is no minor accomplishment. I am grateful to Alan for all of his hard work in reaching this level of success.
Recognizing improvement is part of being a sportsman, whether or not the achievement is listed in my profile. In both history and spirit, I continue to hold records. Let’s honor accomplishment and the spirit of rivalry.
