In our environment today, it is sad to see the wide gap between educated and uneducated people. It is awkward to see our talents face brain drain every day. It is a very horrible sight to see how resourceful individuals are being used as tools rather than assets. Without apology, no nation will grow when creatives suffer at the hands of capitalists.

We think more of ownership every day than partnership in issues related to life planning, business development, and lifelong activities. We live not as passengers but as owners of the earth. We are always fooled by our strengths without reflecting on our weaknesses. In a very great team, people work together to be better than each other when the goal is expected to be about self-development.

As individuals, we must pull our collective resources together to form a formidable and sustainable life in relationships, business, and development. Furthermore, our sense of ownership will continuously haunt and hurt us if we refuse to strengthen each other’s weaknesses. As we let the light of others shine, we unconsciously do so for our souls.

As a community or a nation, until we learn to appreciate our diversity as a blessing, we might never be able to attain the re-required demand of life. Until we agree to live and work together, our future might not be sustainable.

Until the old complement, the young ones and the younger generation learns from the experience of the old, a greater future might remain an illusion. The rich must empower the poor, and the poor must support the rich. The learned must respect the wisdom of the unlearned, and the privileged must always ensure they are bailing out the less privileged. The Old that has required resources should resuscitate the dying fate of youths who are helpless, hopeless and homeless. Until we are all ready to be our brother’s keeper, we might continue to live the merry-go-round lifestyle.

We must relearn to do different things for the same goal. We all remain powerful beyond measures until we come together to face our fears and become fortified in our fortitude we are going to remain where we are as a people or a nation.
