Just like the Champions League, UEFA has also confirmed new dates for the Europa League.

UEFA has confirmed that the 2019/2020 Europa League will be a single game fixture.

The Europa League will return on August 5 for the postponed round of16 games and afterwards, Germany will play host to quarterfinals, semifinals and the final between August 10-21.

Games will be played across four cities namely Cologne, Duisburg, Dusseldorf and Gelsenkirchen.

Quarterfinals and Semifinals matches will witness a straight knockout format.

Postponed first leg round of 16 matches between Inter Milan vs Getafe and Sevilla vs Roma will also be decided as a single leg at a venue to be confirmed while decision awaits second leg round of 16 games wether it will take place at the home team’s stadium.

UEFA said: “A decision will be made in due course on whether these matches for which the first leg has already been played will be staged at the home team’s venue or in Germany.
