President Muhammadu Buhari has issued an order to Abuja, Lagos and Ogun to continue staying at home as the lockdown extends for another two weeks. This is in a bid to strengthen national response to the outbreak and spread of the novel Coronavirus in Nigeria.
President Buhari writes:
“The restriction/cessation of movement in Lagos State, The Federal Capital Territory, Abuja and Ogun State is extended for a further period of 14 days with effect from Tuesday 14th April, 2020.”
