Ex Somalian President dies at 82

Former Somalian President, Ali Mahdi Muhammad has passed away.

Isamel Mukhtaar Omar, The Ministry of Information spokesperson confirmed that the Ex President died in Kenya, Nairobi.

Somalian government has established a National Funeral Committee and a 3 days mourning period has been announced.

Muhammad was the fourth President of Somalia. He was in power from January 26, 1991 to January 1997.

The deceased Ex President was a businessman before he became the president after the military government was over overthrown.
