Nigeria Air Force (NAF) has denied the alleged bombing of a village in Kaduna State, which resulted in the death of many civilians.
Air Commodore Edward Gabkwet stated that the news of the NAF accidentally killing civilians is false and that the NAF has not carried out any air operations within Kaduna State and its vicinity in the last 24 hours.
He also emphasized that the NAF is not the only organization operating combat-armed drones in the North Western region of Nigeria. The Tudun Biri village in Igabi Local Government Area was bombed by a flying object, killing over 30 people.
Samuel Aruwan, the Overseeing Commissioner of the State Ministry of Internal Security and Home Affairs, said the government would address the media on the situation, as there would be a security meeting later.
